I bring together over two decades of professional experience in complex, high-pressure environments in London and New York (BlackRock and Bank of America), with many years of coaching, reflective practice, and deep inner work.

Insight alone isn't enough. In this stage, we:

This is where momentum becomes grounded rather than reactive.
