Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your session time is intentionally held for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will be considered with discernment and may be rescheduled at my discretion. Rescheduling within this window is not guaranteed. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made via email: nadine@nadineelsassertransformative.com Once a session is booked, all payments are non-refundable.
